SHOW HOME

SCANDINAVIAN INSPIRED HOMES IN OSWESTRY

Tesni Homes commissioned Mairead to design the finishes of their show home within their development of eco homes in Oswestry. Mairead led the design on this project choosing a rustic and simple Scandinavian look to reflect the strong ecological credentials of Tesni. Delivered through Space Like This.

BANGOR UNIVERSITY STUDENT'S LOUNGE

SOFT INDUSTRIAL STYLE IN BANGOR

Bangor University has created award winning student accommodation. At St Mary's campus they wanted the lounge completely re-furbishing.  Mairead designed a soft industrial look which is loved by students and staff. Mairead designed this project, delivered through Space Like This.

CONTEMPORARY HOME

BRIGHT AND BOLD FAMILY HOME

A newly extended family home featuring a contemporary palatte in the heart of the countryside.

"Mairead designed the whole interior of our 5 bed home. From kitchen and bathroom fittings/fixtures to all socket and lighting positions and fixtures, wallpaper, wall and woodwork colours ....down to the minutest details (even door hardware, soft furnishings wall art). All with patience and genuine flair. To top it all she’s a lovely person and a joy to work with. Can’t recommend highly enough

DYLANS RESTAURANT

FAMILY DINING IN LLANDUDNO

The ever popular Dylans Restaurant undertook an ambitious and sensitive restoration of the beautiful listed Washington building in Llandudno.

Mairead worked with the owners to suggest a colour scheme for the lower floor bringing in a soft plaster pink colour on the ceilings to make the space feel more intimate and softer with a strong blue mirroring the Dylan's brand with soft greys and greens throughout reflecting the coastal seascapes that surround Dylans' seaside buildings.

OUR HOME

RELAXED LIVING IN ANGLESEY

Our own home is a relaxed space showing our love of an eclectic mix of retro, mid century and antique furniture mixed with industrial touches. As this cottage renovation has developed there have been many happy experiments with colour, materials and pattern and a developing love of wallpaper.

Our home has been featured in the November issue of Homes and Antiques Magazine, and in Life in North Wales Magazine, do go to the Press page to see the coverage.
