A FEW HIGHLIGHTS OF PROJECTS THAT ARE IN PROGRESS
WILD WINES IN BARMOUTH
WINE BAR AND WINE SHOP
Laura Wild is a passionate wine expert and cannot wait to share her love and knowledge of wine with her local community and holiday makers. The new owner of an archway shop in the coastal town of Barmouth, Laura is a believer that not every wine shop should have oak barrels and dusty bin ends. We’ve chosen a ‘wild’ jungle theme so expect colour, pattern and a fresh feel, which will be that little bit different to your usual wine experience
ARTS AND CRAFTS HOME
CONTEMPORARY LIVING IN A HISTORIC HOME
The brief of working with bold William Morris paper, Crittall style doors and a bespoke kitchen in the childhood home of painter Kyffin Williams was always going to be a treat. The loving refurbishment of this impressive home by their stylish owners will pay particular attention to the arts and crafts philosophy and aesthetic.
VARIOUS RESIDENTIAL HOMES
HOMES ACROSS THE UK
Mairead is leading on about a dozen residential properties at any time, working on whole house or room designs, most are based in North Wales but she also currently has clients in Yorkshire, Scotland and Liverpool. Here you can see some images taken from mood and specification boards given to clients.
TAL Y BONT UCHAF FARM
HISTORIC VENUE AND HOLIDAY HOMES
This venue, holiday stables, cottages and farm have been bought by Caz and Simon, a dynamic and charming couple who will act as custodians of this grade II listed building dating from the 17th century overlooking the shoreline towards Anglesey.
Mairead has been charged with refurbishing the dining room which seats 24 guests and the master bedroom featuring ancient oak panelling and beams. Running with a peacock theme for the dining room to reflect their very own feathered Romeo and Juliet, this will be a project inspired by history whilst reflecting the contemporary, luxurious and characterful offer.
